Please read this before you buy. It explains how your song is made and what we do and don't promise.
Your song is created with artificial intelligence. We use AI to write the lyrics from your questionnaire answers and the public text of the website you give us, and a separate AI music model to produce the tracks. A person does not write, sing, or perform it. We do not guarantee that the result will match what you imagined, and AI can make mistakes, including misunderstanding or mispronouncing words and names.
Our music provider's terms allow content generated through its paid service to be used commercially, including in advertising, social media, and video. Subject to those terms, we give you permission to use your finished song to promote your business. We make no promise that you hold exclusive rights, that the song is unique, or that it is eligible for copyright protection. Similar or identical songs may be generated for other people.
We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your purchase at thallewell@gmail.com and we will refund what you paid. We may also offer to regenerate the song.
The service and your song are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the song will not resemble existing music. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service or your song is limited to the amount you paid us for that song ($50). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for any claim arising from how you use the song.
